I am a qualified Level 5 Clinical Reflexologist. The highest level of Reflexology qualification in the UK. I have studied Anatomy, Physiology and Pathology for Reflexology and specialist subjects including Fertility, Maternity and Menopause reflexology.
I am also trained in Acupuncture with specific focus on Musculoskeletal (MSK) conditions and pain.
My passion for Reflexology started as a personal journey, having treatments myself as a way to manage a demanding and stressful professional global career, based in London.
I embarked on my own Reflexologist journey in 2019 with a view to carving out a fulfilling second career where the focus shifted from delivering projects and programmes on other people's deadlines to supporting and helping others, particularly women, towards improved health and well-being, and greater emotional resilience.
I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and FHT Accredited course provider. I also have a Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training.

Cancellation Policy
We all have busy lives, and I know that things change. I would appreciate your support to give me at least 24 hours notice if you can’t make your appointment so I can try to offer it to someone else.
Your wellbeing is at the heart of my treatments, and I feel that it is fair that if I’ve been given less than 24 hour’s notice a 25% cancellation fee is incurred. I can’t enforce this, but I would hope you would deem it fair and reasonable.
Neal's Yard Organic Remedies
I use Neal’s Yard products in all my treatments. I have used them myself for my own skincare regime since 2016, with the Wild rose exfoliator, Frankincense Facial oil and Jasmine moisturiser as my absolute favourites.
They have done all the heavy lifting for us as they are natural and organic health and beauty products. Laced with aromatic scents, free from microbeads and parabens. Using ethically sourced herbs, botanicals and essential oils. No tests on animals which is so important to me.
